TERMS OF WARRANTY
Hyperlite for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, at manufacturer’s
option, repair or replace at no charge any Hyperlite board which breaks or is
defective in materials or workmanship; and, at manufacture’s option, will replace
at one-half (1/2) the current retail price or repair at cost, for the remainder
of the original owner’s life. Damage due to misuse, abuse or modification is excluded,
as is normal wear, such as handle dings, etc.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Under no circumstances should the bottom be waxed, painted or altered. Clean only
with soap and water – rinse thoroughly.
STORAGE
Bright colors will fade when subjected to prolonged sunlight exposure. THIS IS
NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. To protect your board from ultraviolet rays of sunlight,
store your Hyperlite board in a board bag when not in use.
